We love getting to know our customers and want your mystery scoop experience to be enjoyable!
You're welcome to share your favorite colors, interests, and the types of goodies you love. We will do our best to keep your preferences in mind whenever possible.
✨ We allow up to 2 specific item exclusions per order.
This policy applies to every scoop level, including our 5-scoop Overflow.
Examples of acceptable exclusions:
No earrings
No lip balm
No face masks
No socks
Please note: Exclusions must be specific item types rather than entire product categories.
Broad requests such as "no skincare," "no self-care," "no jewelry," "no beauty products," or "no stationery" include multiple different products and cannot be accepted as a single exclusion.
For example, skincare and self-care may include face masks, hand creams, lip balms, shower products, and many other individual items.
If you have an entire category you'd prefer to avoid, you're welcome to mention it as a general preference. We will try to accommodate your wishes when possible, but only your 2 approved specific item exclusions are guaranteed.
A few important reminders:
The 2-exclusion limit is per order, not per scoop.
Exclusions must be provided when placing your order.
Preferences are considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Specific products, colors, and styles cannot be requested or guaranteed.
We may contact you for clarification if your exclusions are too broad or exceed our limit.
Our mystery scoops are designed around variety, excitement, and surprises. These guidelines help us keep the experience fun and fair for everyone!
✨ Each scoop contains a random assortment of beads and/or mystery capsules.
✨ Every bead or capsule corresponds to an item or surprise according to our current scoop system.
✨ Product photos and videos are examples of possible goodies, not guarantees of what your order will contain.
✨ Items vary in type, size, style, and individual retail value.
✨ Duplicate items may occasionally occur, especially with multiple scoops.
✨ Not every item will be faith-themed, but our mission is to share encouragement and point hearts toward the Lord through our business.
✨ Mystery scoops are intended to be a surprise experience, and specific items cannot be guaranteed.
At Willow & Mercy Market, our heart is to bring a little joy, encouragement, and faith into everyday life.
We believe even the smallest surprises can brighten someone's day, and we are so thankful you choose to support our small, faith-based business.
